Flutterwave will be carrying out planned IT maintenance, during which one brief pause of less than a minute is expected. Visa card, bank transfer, and USSD payments submitted during this time may time out, and some transaction status updates may be delayed. Outside this brief pause, collections will continue to process normally.

If a payment times out during the maintenance window, merchants are advised to check its status before asking the customer to retry, to avoid duplicate charges.
