Nequi informed a scheduled maintenance due to an update, between Monday August 31, and Tuesday September 1st,

API disbursements / API cash-out codes: Between 01:50 a.m. and 4:00 a.m (-03). on Tuesday, September 1.

API Push, API Subscriptions, and the products in the "Services" section of the App will continue to operate normally throughout the update window.

Additionally, the following services for Nequi end-users will also experience temporary unavailability:
-Transfers to other banks via ACH: Between 6:50 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on Monday, August 31.
-PSE payments and PSE top-ups: Between 01:00 a.m,, and 02:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 1.
-Nequi to Bancolombia transactions: Between 1:50 a.m and 3:30 a.m on Tuesday, September 1.
