Update
The processor has issued an official statement informing that Bancolombia has been experiencing issues with the PSE service since 11:54 AM. Additionally, as of 1:01 PM, the bank has been removed from the list of available banks. Bancolombia's technical team is working to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

We inform you that Bancolombia bank is presenting unavailability in the transactional processing with the PSE payment method, the other payment methods are operating normally. Bancolombia was removed from the list of banks by ACH while the situation is being resolved.
